Today I post the recipe for a rustic pie pumpkin and potatoes simple and good. I think I belong in the Ligurian tradition ... I tried it because I had a nice pumpkin as a gift and I have some frozen for preparing soups and creams, some I've used it in fresh ways that I'll post soon. usually with pumpkin prepare a good risotto, but there are other delicious and unusual recipes ... to discover and invent!
