Guacamole Gazpacho


This is really do in a moment, the only important trick is to use very ripe avocados and you're done! We have served with the nachos.


Ingredients - 2 ripe avocados
- half an onion
- juice of 1 lime
-
cilantro - pepper


Preparation Finely chop the onion. Halve the avocado, remove pit, dig out the flesh with a cucucchiaio and put it on a bowl. Add pulp to the onion, lime juice, a sprinkle of cilantro and a pinch of red pepper. Chop everything with a blender ... and the guacamole is ready.


Note If you want to keep in the fridge, to prevent oxidation of dip into his pit and cover with plastic wrap ... be preserved better.
