Ingredients for 10 people
for Panettoncino
- 260 g panettone
- 150 grams of white chocolate
- 40 grams of rum
- 4 eggs

vanilla sauce - 1 / 2 liter of milk
- 8 egg yolks

120 grams of sugar - 1 vanilla pod
Preparation
1. It starts with the dough. Whip the sugar with eggs. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate and butter and add the eggs mounted. Add the flour and stir gently.
2. Cut the cake into cubes , inzuppatelo with rum and add all the mixture precedentemete obtained. Store in refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
3. Prepare the vanilla sauce. Boil the milk with the vanilla pod, mounted the yolks with the sugar add milk and vanilla. Put the mixture in a saucepan and heat over low heat without boiling.
When the cream thickens, pass it through a strainer into a bowl and pour cold water to stop cooking. Cool.
4. And now Panettone! Buttered and sugared the aluminum molds, fill them with the mixture for Panettone and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the fruit .
